Weigh-In Wednesday

Goal for the Week: 2 pounds
Actual Weight Loss:  1.6 pounds
Total Weight Loss So Far: 11.8 pounds

Thoughts:  I'm pretty darn happy with it!  Yeah, I would have liked it to be more I'm not gonna lie.  But the most important thing to me is that I am staying consistent with the weight loss.  The last time I lost 3.4 pounds (my first weigh in) I lost 1.5 pounds the following week, so it looks like I'm developing a pattern.  If I'm right in assuming that, I should be looking at a loss of somewhere around exactly two pounds next week.  I guess we'll see how it goes!
