What's Your Favorite Scary Movie?

Sooo tonight on the Bio channel they had a documentary on the movie "Scream".  Now anybody who knows me knows that I love not only that first movie, but the series as a whole.  The first "Scream" movie was the first scary movie that I ever watched...or at least, the first one that I remember watching. It was what led to my love of movies like "Halloween" and "A Nightmare on Elm Street".  There's just something about it that stands out to me, maybe because in a way it's a lot more realistic than other horror movies, which makes it almost kind of scarier in a way.  Anyway, I've always liked the movies for as long as I can remember and I am super excited for Scream 4 to be released (8 days now!) so when I saw that this documentary was on, I had to watch.  It was interesting, talking about the origins of the movie as well as the casting, filming and production processes.  It also talked about various obstacles that it went through, with certain snares coming up about filming locations, trouble from the MPAA's rating of the film to the fact that some people were panning it before it was even released in theatres.  It also discussed how it was a slow roll, but once word of mouth got spread around more and more people started to go see the movie, allowing it to bring in $103 million and breathe new life into the horror/slasher genre.  They'll be playing reruns on the Bio channel for the next few days so I highly encourage you to check it out if you're a "Scream" fan. But if you're not a "Scream" fan, do you like scary movies at all?  If so, what's your favorite? Share in the comments! And now, I'll leave you with a preview of Scream 4.  Go see it when it comes out, it's gonna be good!
