Actual Weight Lost: 2.6 pounds
Total Weight Loss to Date: 15.4 pounds
thoughts: I'm very pleased with this, because last week I had unfortunately GAINED 3.2 pounds...talk about frustrating! But now I am back on track and only .6 pounds away from being where I was 2 weeks ago. With that being said, my weight loss goal is going to be 1.5 pounds so that I can totally surpass that hurdle!
