Weigh-In Wednesday

Weight-Loss Goal for the Week: 1.5 pounds
Actual Weight Lost: 1.6 pounds
Total Weight Loss to Date: 17 pounds

thoughts: I was really happy, I was only .6 pounds away from getting back to where I was before the weight gain from graduation week, so I thought shooting for a 1.5 loss would be great because it would put me back on track plus a little extra.  And I lost it!!  So now I'm completely back on track and looking forward.  I'm feeling so great and have regained my confidence in myself.  I  can't wait for next week!
